From other photos I've seen, the branches line up correctly from Trump to Biden. That still doesn't prove Hollywood trickery isn't at play and a projection screen is set up behind the windows.

Don't focus on the branches, they are a match, and there are plenty of photos of Trump in the Oval Office during winter times to graft together an adequate backdrop.
