There is NO WAY she is a deep cover white hat.

I could understand that with most of what she did, but the intentional murder of thousands of Michigan citizens is NOT something a white hat would do.

Not to mention she is one of four governors Q called out for murder (the other being Cuomo, Wolf and Murphy)
