Has anyone seen anything new on happenings here? Everyone and their mom knows that SOMETHING exists there, most likely the primary COG site. Any planefag intel on recent activity there?

I've been out of active duty longer than you served chump. I had heard that the ospreys are being used for Special Operation Forces (or SOF) operations and they are fuckhead, if nothing else the Marine SOF and SEALs which are under SOC. Would make sense the other SOF groups might start training with them.
You didn't serve shit nice try though. Ospreys are not used by force recon, they use MH-60K's.
Go back to Google you twit.

Thanks for your service. I knew I "heard" this topic somewhere: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EEhUMcW3VZU Can't identify which US [S]Pecial [O]peration [F]orces these guys are but could be SF or MARSOC or? You were in more recently than me so might be able to tell. If they aren't sporting long hair and beards, I can no longer tell who is who. When I was in, the Rangers were still sporting high and tights. My old man was a tread head for 20 years. We were at Carson in 1967ish (he did 2nd tour in 'Nam) and again in 1978 for another 3 years, Armor is great but I didn't want to spend all that time in the motor pool. I was C Co. (Abn) 5/327th 172nd Inf BDE (L) then C Co. (Abn) 2/17th 6th ID (L) when they reflagged us up at Ft. Rich. mid 80s.
