Yesterday guy went into a 511 store in Vegas and stole 12 plate carriers. Grabbed em and ran out to a car and took off. No plates. ( hopefully they don't know how to use them and don't put plate in them) who needs 12 plate carriers? Masked up. No suspects.

your surprise could be unwarranted if crime has surged, but you haven't learnt about it. who controls the reporting of most crimes?

If a child goes missing, someone is stabbed or a murder happens and it's not reported - to you it didn't happen.
