After almost a year of being forced to wear the face diapers at work, I think some coworkers of mine are considering a mini rebellion/strike. I’m all for it. This crap has gone on for long enough
The higher up your groups reach the more likely you are to succeed. If the most valuable people threaten to leave due to work conditions they WILL placate your group over the Karens. If you can figure out who isn't replaceable and they lead the charge then it's a won game.
That will be difficult since the office people don’t have to wear them 10hrs/day 5 days/week. We labor workers can’t have them off for more than a minute without being threatened a write up. My thinking though is if the vast majority of labor workers show up and refuse to put them on it’ll send a message and maybe it could become optional vs mandatory. The company is already struggling to get staff and we are severely understaffed already. I’m certain they wouldn’t fire all of us just because of that
