Yes, that's exactly what I do too, I log in with gulag and then log back out, it cancels out whatever that glitch is, I have yet to figure out why, some people say clearing your cache helps too.

Not sure, but I will tell you it happened to me a lot more often when I used to hang out in TDW, it's only happened once or twice since I started coming here instead about a month ago.
