Yup... This... "Again"... I haven't seen it before but after 20+ min of comparing street view and bing+Apple+google maps & google earth, this guy must be a horrible "photographer" because this isn't the same building and that is not the same upper facade. Now I don't live near this place So I cant say for "sure" they didn't since build it up to that scale... But it looks to me like this guy flubbed his math early on and went off track from there.
