Ok, I'm on board with the fake locations, but just to make it obvious for everyone, to what end? We can only speculate on motivations, but lets speculate, what do you achieve doing this?

If they won, what is the point? They should be pitching a fit, ordering troops to let them in the real white house. Enough people are taking orders who are public facing, why would you fake all this rather than publicly just issue a direct order to let them in? Why hide and fake it at all?
