We will see. There was such a change in the inevitable COVID news tonight. Instead of the usual "more restrictions" there was a "moving on" theme. Instead of delivering stats in a tone of doom and horror, they were delivered in positive tones, and I mean that literally was a quality of pitch and pace. And she said good news several times. It was a sea change.
