It's warm (for winter) and sunny and the snow is just about gone. The only places its not gone is in heavily shaded places. You must not be too familiar with the DC area weather. A couple of inches of snow can disappear in a day. Our weather is bizarre.

Can confirm. I’m in a colder area of VA than DC and most our snow is gone.
