I'm sure if Trump wants the information, he'll get the information, regardless of what biden says.

This is strange, right? Biden has to ASK for the "former" President to not receive any further "intelligence briefings? Is it common for preceeding presidents to still have access to military intelligence? I am Canadian: so I am not sure if it is normal for a newly inaugurated president to ask for his predecessor to no longer receive Intel.
