Agreed that this is disinformation. When he does the comparison with the "ledge" around the 1:00 mark, focus on the upper windows on the side wall of the White House. In the video with Biden, the main White House section has a total of 3 floors, and there are 5 sets of windows on floors 2 and 3 on that side wall. However, in the Culver Studios versions (his images and the "see it for yourself" link), the 3rd floor only has a single window, and the windows on the 2nd floor are not the same as the "Biden" version. Also, his explanation about that red building is totally false. The red part of that building would not be visible from the vantage point he indicates. I am not saying they are at the real White House since I cannot see how anything red would be seen at the real White House as the camera pans around to the right, but I think it is clear that Biden was not being filmed where this guy claims (Culver Studios). <Unless that Culver Studio building has been upgraded since these images were taken> <-- Ha, my disclaimer.
