So I stumbled across this guy and searched here and barely anyone is talking about these videos

Seems like he might have been a little out there, but this video specifically seems to kind of hint at what is going on today. The video is from four years ago! I dunno who ADAM is....

Nothing unusual about that. Most people can do it with appropriate training. A few can do it without training.
