It almost certainly doesn’t have the state of the art security features or cargo support. When the president travels on other aircraft it’s typically occasional and for a specific reason and they don’t paint them up to look like this. For whatever reason they went through a great deal of effort to pass this plane off as the plane we would normally associate with AF1.
