Really good find in my opinion. I spent years learning ice dance and so learnt the correct holds between male and female. In plain sight - yes I agree, in the top picture the Marine is not escorting Lady Gross. The man doesn't control the woman, the woman holds on to the man. It even looks wrong in the first picture.
