This isn't exactly about Biden but the closest I've come without delving into it too hard is one of those websites that lists all manner of celebrities and politicians and says they've either been arrested or executed. One of the authors of such a post suggests that he found his info on the darkweb, not somewhere I'm particularly interested in going.
