I feel like going outside of important military bases and holding up some signs that asks them to please follow the constitution and protect us for domestic traitors. Including infographics about stolen election proof and foreign occupation. Thoughts? feels stupid but I feel like protesting our congress people and senators has been pointless.

I think the only problem with this it turns the military political they need to remain completely neutral. Also anyone who has any control of what the military does will not be on any base. The CO of a base follows orders from the top. It could ultimately shatter the ranks of the bulk military. Honestly they are just following orders. If it comes down to it they will never turn on the citizens but until this is all proven in the court of law I imagine their hands are tied.
Political? This is about an enemy infiltrating the government and shredding the Constitution. This is beyond politics.
Exactly! Its more just to let them know that people are unhappy is all. The politicians know we are unhappy idk about the military
I think that's perfectly acceptable. Stay classy, keep it tasteful, don't say anything you can't back up with facts, let them know why you have concerns. I don't think any of that is out of line. I just couldn't have that conversation in uniform and on post unless I was at lunch or off duty. If someone had approached me with information or concern when I was off base in uniform or if people knew I was military and had something to say, I would have easily listened to anyone who had something to say about these matters. I think there's a chance you'll be well received but be prepared for the "no thanks" and side-eye as the military as gone under quite a bit of shit-tier hiring in the last 5 years and lots of the "good guys" saw the military for what it was and got out. Obama did a number on the armed forces.
I like where your head is at! Godspeed!
I ? agree with you. I do. But I also understand how the military works. It’s a fine line. This stuff has to be proven in court for the military to act! And or a small portion of the military needs to be in control as some have suggested. The average ranks have no idea what is actually going on right now.
I just think a tiny bit of pressure or knowing there are unhappy civilians helps. Also if you inspire troops to look into information could possibly help start a chain reaction. Hopefully one is already underway though!
I agree. I don’t know how to go about the military situation. I know the military. I also know there are a lot in the ranks aware of what’s going on. Maybe not to the extent we know but know that there is complete fuckery afoot. They may even feel like we do in there isnt a lot one single person can do to change it? I just pray that those in charge are awake. I think they are by the small hints here and there. Until the orders come down though I don’t know.
That's what we're talking about right now. Is it a good idea to hold up some signs? Yes or no.
This isn't about court right now. It's about making soldiers aware of the censored opinion which they may never get to hear. For those who sympathize, it will boost morale.
