in this aspect you have to sympathize with the NWO attitude that someone needs to 'run the world'
most people clearly have no clue and even less acumen.
in ancient Rome and many of the old world cities - your citizenship had to be earned, your right to vote was earned.
like that you get a council of elders, not a political circus
still can be corrupted and or decay, but why should any old 18yrs have the right to vote - WTF does he know about anything ?
