right, fake medics can pronounce someone fake dead as well. where is ashli's memorial service? has any real journalists looked into her back ground? her personal life? interesting not charges or investigation into this "shooting"? but hey, I am just a Qtard, am I right?

A real medic or anyone with CPR and basic first Aide (as all police are required, would have identified breeding, stopped it, and started CPR. NO ONE declares someone dead after 23 seconds.
