Imo, white hats went to a couple key locations, and secretly un-rigged the machines, allowing trump to legitimately win, even though they THOUGHT they had rigged it enough to guarantee trump would never win. Why do you think theyve been so angry and flying off the wall about Russia for 4 years? He wants supposed to win. But Patriots unrigged it just enough, and the DS couldn't complain about the votes because they know an audit would expose them biggly... so they shut up about votes and went to the Russia hoax to try and get rid of trump.
