I would move to SD in a heart beat...but my wife will never leave teh area where the majority of our kids and grandkids live...so I will just have to be more involved in trying to get my State to be more like SD and ND by getting more active in local politics....at least in Utah we do not as far a climb as some....though our governor and Romney would refute that view to a degree
