they don't need gene therapy to make ppl more docile... netflix and handouts works great.....

You are spreading their bullshit here ? It is like:

Why would they chip anyboody,anybody has smartphone today and majority/all have bank accounts.

It is about controlling/eliminating those who STILL DISAGREE and stay NOT DOCILE you dumb !

It is still possible.They cannot find/recognise us all - being "small like ant for big government" has that obvious advantage. And such ant can still bite painfully in ass or in balls.
