Shouldn't "president" Biden be pardoning Hunter, before Kamila has him removed?

Wouldn’t he have to be charged with a crime? You cannot pardon someone who has no crimes against them.

Not sure where you're coming from with this but the first question is actually WRONG. A pardon can be granted at any time after the crime was committed.
