I read both of the concepts. Sometimes you miss something when you only read one.

1. Someone asked how can we get Fraudci. Gabbard responded by stating that he lied under oath to Congress in 2024. IMO, and most others, that would be covered by he Pardon.

2. The belief is that he should be brought back to Congress now to testify. With the Pardon, he has no 5th Amendment rights and if he lies, it's a new crime and he can be indicted.

3. IANAL but if he lies under oath and gets indicted (wishful thinking with this Administration's lack of interest in getting Deep State criminals), would that invalidate he Pardon?
