I'm sure this would never be proposed let alone passed in Florida. But HR127 is in the House of Representatives of the United States of America. This bill would impact every one in the USA.

And will the SC consider it constitutional because of the line

"A well regulated Militia" because the anti gun groups will deem HR127 as such
