Most of them don’t actually post research or memes they just comment to “debunk” and demoralise.

Look at there other posts if it happens to you and you can usually see that's all they contribute is negativity and try to discredit what people are saying . Questioning is one thing , but when every post they have is "that's bs" you can sniff them out . Call them out on it. Your posts are a record of your credibility and character.
