You're always welcomed to vent! I've continued to think about very simple, plain tests that people can try to rationalize.
I don't know if there's a name for this one, so I'll just go with the "kitchen/cooking example". Just ask them to wear a mask as dinner is being made. I'd stand there enjoying the delicious smells of dinner. IF the mask worked, then they can't smell it. See if they start to think for themselves.
Also, my favorite reply now to maskers: "have you ever smelled a fart before? Jeans and underwear can't stop that from getting to your nose..."
Hmm, not trying to be an ass just trying to investigate. What you're saying seems to imply masks don't do anything. So do surgeons even need to wear masks? Just curious

Blood drops on the lips can be quite dangerous. If it can happen to a tattoo artist, it can definitely happen to surgeons.
