It's not as if we're overflowing with reliable news sources. Assuming you're actually right and it'll be a news source owned by Trump, why would this be bad?

Maybe because we went from declass of the biggest crime in history and we caught them all, to a news network?

I think post above is a reasonable response to that disappointment.
