Do not take the following as an attack on creationism:
Speaking as a non-religious person who agrees with the theory of evolution, I was heavily embedded in the debates over intelligent design back in the early 2000's. Their attack on creationism is a good segue into election fraud.
ID had the concept of "fast fossilization," including examples of fossilized hats, teddy bears, and spark plugs. Their claim was that carbon dating showed these objects to be millions of years old. When asked to allow experts to also analyze the fossils, the ID scientists refused to allow access. By preventing further testing, they effectively made the claims unfalsifiable.
Going to the GA cases, from the Notice of Voluntarily Dismissal by Trump's legal team, Raffensperger's team claimed that the allegations (based on publicly available data) were wrong because the data was wrong, but they refused to allow Trump's team access to the "correct" data, effectively making their claim, that the allegations were wrong, unfalsiable.
So, the people attacking creationism should be wary of they also disagree with the claims of election fraud. They may discover that they are the conspiracy theorists.
