Now wait a gosh darn minute.
First, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger threatens to investigate me under a false claim that I was not a resident of Georgia in November of 2020.
Now Brad tells Reuters he has opened an investigation of President Donald Trump because of the President’s legitimate attempt to reverse the state’s fraudulent 2020 election results.
Okay. Every investigation should be a two-way street. It is time to have federal authorities conduct a thorough investigation of Brad and his son, Kyle Raffensperger, and their connections to Tendon Systems LLC, Post Tension Services Inc., Belladrum Equipment Leasing, Inc., and Colony Bank.
Seems fair to me. What do you think, Patriots?
Business filing :

Probably should do an opensource audit on the business and see if there's any weird funding coming from the father to son's business
Oh hey look.. they took a ppp loan

What's the employee size? Is it legitimate request?
So, they claim they are retaining 163 jobs. Can someone visit the business center that place is located and see if the office can house 163 employees? It's a bit suspicious given that the average employee count for their industry is 44
No because it's in a building with a bunch of small offices. I really can't imagine 163 people squeezing into suite 100
So I honestly think there's something fishy with the PPP loan here. They claim they have 163 employees but wtf, same guy serves 3 position of CEO, CFO, and secretary. Someone who runs a company with a sizeable number of employees usually has a secretary.
Also, I see other data mention the company size is 1-5 people. That means they should have a large number of desks in their office. You can probably find something fishy and wrong with the PPP filing
They claim to have a presence in 35 states, but I agree that the PPP filing is fishy.
Yea. Going to throw this fact in here. The reason PPP can be "free" money is if you request for PPP loans and then request for full loan forgiveness. You pretty much get free money, assuming you paid it out to employees. He could hire a bunch of friends and family members, request PPP loans, pay out, and then request for forgiveness... Maybe even get a small kickback from friends. It's free money. PPP had some terrible loopholes.
I'm really curious if someone can find the employment history or state tax filings for that business to see if the employee count suddenly changed.
The tie to Colony Bank is probably in UCC filings related to the equipment leasing company (which likely went away when the Dominion contract was signed). I'm not smart enough to figure that out, but it was Kemp's MO, when he sold Isackson's Senate seat to Loeffler and got out from under Deere Credit.
