Our military will never fire on our own people. The DS, the politicians, the Generals maybe compromised, but the privates, airmen, sailors, marines are not. There is no way in hell.
I agree it is wrong, but don't tell me I'm wrong w/o knowing who your talking to.
I personally have utmost respect for all forces and I grew up around army and air force, was going to Annapolis (story for another time). I've relayed what ret. Marines and ret. Army 1st SGT, AND a ret. Army COL have told me, all of whome I've known for decades, all with combat experience, and some of it I can confirm personally.
I'm very happy to hear you've had different experiences. Not everyone has been as fortunate as you apparently. I guarantee you cannot speak for everyone, however.
Yes, there are others in the military. Yes, most will hold to their oaths. I pray to God every day they will continue to do their duty with honor.
I'm not trying to piss anyone off, just stating facts which I have been given.

I was once told there are a few types in the Army.
Patriots, they are few and none too bright.
Prisoners, better to serve there than in prison, or so the judge said.
Crazies, dont mess with them, they are there for the killing and are nuts. They don't care who they kill. Stay out of their way.
Everyone else. There for the college fund, escape bad life, something to do. Dont make waves, do what your told.
More than you think would fire on Americans if they were told they are terrorists.
Marines, most all would not.
There was some specific training all branches went through years ago, testing to see if they would shoot Americans. Some had no problem with it.
Just saying, don't get killed for stupid reasons, like fully trusting faulty info.
Wrong. As a vet, that is wrong. You know nothing about the military and the values that we have.

If you are a vet, I thank you for your service.
