...how often does a ped know where military operatives get their data?

It sounds like Kraken and hammer and scorecard. But, not sure a civilian would be able to "prove it" since we would never have access to that info. I do feel that General Mcinerny vouches for it or he wouldn't have said 'our software was used against us'.

Better question: WHO SOLD OUR INTELLIGENCE SOFTWARE TO FOREIGN NATIONS?
