They will say this about us regardless of what we do or don't do. Americans don't censor Americans for hurt feelings. Civility needs to be taught but it shouldn't come at the cost of freedom.
They may say it but it isn't about them, it's about the people that do the legwork to find the truth themselves and would come here to see that the claims that we're racist are apparently true.
Not being able to use the N word on this forum doesn't mean you can't use it outside of it.
Before you go on about big tech, know there is a big difference; one will ban you from the platform and be done with it; the other will ban you across all platforms and hunt you down to expose you. Big Tech is a big colluding monopoly acting as an arm of the government. When Big Tech targets individuals, it attempts to censor them outside of just the platform where they made the "transgression". That's the difference.
Those that come will equally see people pushing back on the incivility and know it isn't the norm and that we say those people aren't part of what we believe. If we want a free society we need to teach discernment and to not be triggered by trolls.
Most who are computer literate will know a paid shill when they see one and the others need to learn. After all we expect them to come here and understand how some here use words like plane fag or tard. Are we banning those so that cnn can't say we are hurtful and bigoted?
If you ban the N word you need to ban all other wrong think or racist words to be fair or don't hold people's hand at all as they learn how to ride the tide of dangerous freedom and responsibility.
The difference between "fag" + "tard" and the n word is in the definitions. The N word hasn't exactly been co-opted by us and doesn't exactly possess any realistic definitions, either colloquially or otherwise, that possess any meanings that would be useful in our discussions on this board dedicated to Q research.
"Fag", on the other hand, has a co-opted definition dating farther back than this board; it's usage in sentences makes that blatantly obvious, as the (already colloquial!) offensive definition would not fit in these contexts. Finally, it possesses many official definitions that are not offensive, and it's general understanding varies greatly based on location.
"Retard" or "tard" is similar, though not exactly the same. By my understanding, the word is taboo, but still relatively commonly accepted across the internet. It's literal meaning is "slow", and it has many other colloquial definitions that are far less offensive than the one which is most offensive.
If the mods were to decide to ban them, it would still be within their rights. I would disagree for the arguments above, but accept it.
As far as computer literacy; if we have potential redpill candidates visiting this website, do you really think they're computer literate? Having the latest phone and knowing how to use Snapchat filters doesn't make someone computer literate.
Finally, I think this is less about the word and more about the intended definition or meaning. A word like "cracker" has a racial slur meaning, but other meanings as well. To be consistent, they should ban expressions with "cracker" used in a racial sense, just as they would ban usage of the n-word in any racially charged contexts (which would be borderline all of them).
We already have rules in which off-topic things are removed and potentially bannable. Most people agree and accept those, yet that is also a restriction of free expression.
I wonder how many of the people on this forum want pornography removed or banned if/when it's posted?

Amen to that!! Why is it so hard for people to understand this
