So if it's not a vaccine, then couldn't they be sued for marketing and delivering it into victims? As far as I understand, only vaccines are protected from lawsuits. Couldn't a lawyer argue it's not a vaccine and move forward with a lawsuit?

I would think they could. After all, the gov’t has sued the pants off manufacturers of supplements and has tried to prohibit them altogether so as not to compete with Big Pharma. Dr. Mercola explains it ‘way better than I do.
