That article is scarier than her face. $300/month IF you have children? Might as well not bother. We'll be paying this shit back in taxes forever just to have a pittance of our own money so generously bestowed on us.

Well, not us. Just the ones with kids 17 and under are in need, apparently. They really don't see how their gyrations to pretend to be helping the people are nothing.
