I believe it is an edit of Kia's superbowl commercial. The tipoff that it's not official is that you can see the word "PENCE" flying in at the end, under the word "REVIVAL".
Admittedly, it's a very well-done edit, and has exactly the energy I'd like to see.

Wondering the same thing. Saw it Sunday night and couldn’t decide if it was actually from Trump. Good stuff though!
