Has anybody ever seen that dude and Mike Pompeo in the same room at the same time? I'm not saying it's him, but holy fuck do they sound alike.

They don't sound alike nor do they speak the same nor do they use language the same. Pompeo's voice has a tenor pitch and nasality. Bards is more chesty and baratone.
