Correct me if I’m wrong, but if Trump’s legal team manages to prove fraud and somehow gets the election overturned, wouldn’t Trump be eligible to run for a 3rd term? As far as I understand it, you are entitled to run for 2 FULL terms. If Biden reigned for any amount of time in a term that’s rightfully Trumps, that would deprive Trump of his full second term, thus allowing him to run once more. Am I off?

There would be no 22nd amendment, since that was done under the is corp. He could run perpetually but lets get there first. The man is already 74.
