I'd imagine that most of us drilling down far enough into the rabbit hole believe there's a possibility that Biden is either is being controlled by Q/white hats or it's an actor in his place. if it's an actor and the cabal was concerned it wasn't really him might they not question him about things only he'd know. and of course they might bust up his ankle to make sure he gets the picture. no matter how good the actor it would be impossible for them to remember what unique encounters where say Biden and Hillary had in private, but if you have dementia it's reasonable for the enemy to have believed you truly don't remember.
