Thats nothing. Compare prices at the Belagio for New Years Eve vs. Christmas eve. Then take a look at Trump International for the same dates. Both in Las Vegas. I stayed at Trump International 4 years ago for 3 nights over Christmas. Not only was the price lower than Belagio, I was given an upgrade to a full suite from a deluxe room just for asking if any upgrades are available. It was an enjoyable stay.
