I am trying to logically understand this theory. What is the purpose or benefit in using a fake white house? Who is in the real one and why can't Biden use it? Surely SOMEONE would spill the beans on this. I want to believe but I'm not sure we need this one to be true to win.

Here's the deal:
Whenever a President moves into the White House they have to dig out all the bugs, mics, and other devices in the walls.
There simply wasn't enough time for that to occur with Biden.
Most of the videos, the Culver City one especially, prove nothing as of yet. They all have holes in them and everything can be explained away. At face value, they are all hopeful but Biden does appear to be in the White House.
The video outside the office going in is not in Culver City, CA -- the outside matches the foliage of the actual White House and looks nothing like the Culver City set. The false door is a known thing, movies even show it off. The curtain in both Trump and Biden's Oval Office have the exact same wrinkle in the same place. It is unlikely and unnecessary they would go to such degrees of accuracy.
What we should be focusing on is the fact that Biden and staff hit the ground running without even checking for devices. They would need at least a week to renovate the hell out of that room, digging all the walls out, and completely scrapping all existing furniture, lamps and other electronics as a priority. This has not happened, which is suspicious.
The only other thing that has me bothered is the city street outside the Press Meeting Room with Psaki. There is supposed to be a field outside that window...
Do I think they are in the Oval Office/White House? No, not at the moment. But I do think they were in it for a couple days and filmed as much as they could in the time allotted. Psaki is probably using a set now.
The White House YouTube page videos are a horrid mess. They look like a scab crew filmed it on a schedule of about 30 minutes each shoot. Shaky camera, using phones to record official messages from the pResident? Why are they so poorly put together? Things don't add up if they have all the resources in the world.
the press and the technical staff and even the cleaning staff would all have to be in on it and you'd have a big hub bub somewhere, with lots of people coming and going - and press would even have to explain to their families in DC - how come they are covering the whitehouse and suddenly can't be at home for 3 weeks cos they are in California - you'd have to lump Biden back and forth to DC secretly and keep his entourage fed and housed somewhere - cos a movie set is no place to live - even if it looks like the WH.
it doesn't make sense.
it could be that a few things were filmed on a set for the first few days - and that could even have been done prior to the inaug. just to have the footage ready incase of unrest. that is one small explanation...
after that - it's nearly a month now, i think they are in the real WH.
