I'm expecting this narrative: " Right-wing extremist and "QAnon" follower, angry about COVID restrictions and vaccine, attacks hospital where vaccine is administered..." or some such variant. But [they] will DEFINITELY link this to us and COVID.

Son was born there - CNN's article was excited to mention the town is 97% white. There were reports of bombs at Target in Buffalo as well.
