"Having it" and D O I N G anything useful to help bring about the 'rule of law's are two entirely different things.

That the CEO of ' fuck a duck' .com resigns doesn't really affect me that much ( if at all)

Trump HIRED bill barr the bagpipe queen. And barr did nothing while in office. Heck, he even set his OWN resignation date.
