The only way to stop rogue mods is to build a system that replicates a republic. The users should have the ability to collectively remove bad mods and install good ones. Users gain "citizenship" after a certain period of time contributing to the community. This will weed out low effort accounts trying to rig the system. I was going to build a site like this once but I never got around to it. It needs to be implemented here if this place wants to survive. Otherwise, it's a matter of time before rogue mods infiltrate and ruin this place (as we're already seeing.)
