If you can vote that something is constitutional that is clearly unconstitutional, then your constitution means nothing.

Agreed. It's been that way for some time now unfortunately. The Constitution is treated like the Bible by many in leadership - they pick and choose the things they want or change the interpretation to suit their agenda and ignore the rest.
