It was edited, heavily, from what I understand they also used footage from multiple years, in one case 2015.

I am not sure, I want to say it was clips of Trumps talking, it's something that was discussed in the comments section during the video, someone said there was a tiny date stamp on a portion of it, I personally had to turn the damn thing off because I was getting enraged and I couldn't keep watching.
