They didn't break the rules. Remember, they wrote the rules. It says the media cannot be "manipulated with the intent to mislead the public."

They'll just argue that the intent to mislead wasn't there, the media will sweep it under the rug, and the democrats will continue to lead us to unity by gunpoint.
