If Q had been a LARP, then I think you’d have to admit we don’t really know anything about their situation or motivations, which makes it nearly impossible to ascribe meaning to their silence with any confidence. Why would a LARPer go silent instead of continuing to troll? Who knows? Maybe they got sick. Maybe they fell in love. Maybe they just got tired of the joke. Maybe they got scared of the consequences if they were ever exposed. (If I had played a “prank” that blew up the way Q has, I’d be pretty terrified right about now...)
If you take the question seriously—“why would a LARPer go silent now?”—the only honest answer is “I have no idea, because that would mean I have no clue who they are, what’s going on in their life, or why they did all this in the first place.”
Anyway, imagine it had gone the other way. Suppose Q had posted after the Inauguration to say “don’t worry, the plan was delayed, but we’re still on track.” Would anyone have said “aha, it must have been a LARP, because if Q were real, they would be silent right now”? Of course not. But it can’t be evidence Q is real if they’re silent, and ALSO if they’re not silent. I don’t think it’s evidence either way, because we don’t have enough information to interpret the silence beyond making guesses.
