I read most of this. This guy comes off as an obnoxious liberal who hates Musk because he believes in American exceptionalism. The whole thing drips of sarcasm and jealous mockery for Musk's success in life. I don't care to do further research but my gut tells me this isn't a credible account, although it does make sense that Elon Musk could be used by white hats.
