If there wasn’t a false flag to push an impeachment of a non sitting president, how would we be able to set a precedence to impeach non sitting presidents or non sitting officials?

I personally think, and prob will get slack for this but, we aren’t going to catch everyone. Not everyone will be charged or arrested. I personally don’t think so anyway. But we need to be able to remove them from their positions and prevent them from holding positions ever again. If an impeachment goes through for these crooks and is voted in then there is prob more standing to push criminal charges?

Edit add: Also I don’t think election will be discussed at all as far as showing evidence, I think that it’s strictly going to be about how it’s unconstitutional and how he didn’t insight violence. Also proving that the Demorats have been guilty of doing just that.
